Stephen Hawkins, CPA, has a Master's Degree in taxation and for 25 years has focused on innovative and creative tax planning for high income and net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. In addtion, about 15 years ago Mr. Hawkins began using his tax expertise to assist criminal attorneys in the defense of white collar crime cases, primarily tax fraud. He later received his creditials as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA) and has since worked on numerous civil and criminal fraud investigation cases, including employee embezzlement, management and financial statement fraud, bank and mortgage fraud.
